• ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification
• Quality audits and gap analysis
• Implementation support and training

Important: We provide consultancy services to help you achieve ISO certification. The actual certification is issued by accredited certification bodies such as NSAI (National Standards Authority of Ireland) or other internationally recognized bodies.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Cooperate fully with our consultants and provide necessary access
• Implement recommended changes and maintain compliance
• Pay all fees and charges in accordance with agreed payment terms
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the process

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions:

• All fees are quoted in Euro (€) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest at 8% per annum
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

6. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights:

• We retain ownership of all proprietary methodologies, templates, and tools
• You retain ownership of your business information and data
• Deliverables created specifically for your project are licensed for your use
• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited as follows:

• We provide consultancy services only and cannot guarantee certification outcomes
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Certification decisions are made by independent certification bodies, not by us

Important disclaimers:

• We do not guarantee that you will achieve ISO certification
• Certification timelines typically range from 3-12 months depending on your organization's size, complexity, existing systems, and commitment to implementation
• We provide guidance and support but cannot implement changes on your behalf
• Our advice is based on current standards and regulations, which may change

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

• With 30 days written notice for convenience
• Immediately for material breach of these terms
• Upon termination, you must pay for all services provided up to that date
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions
• Strikes, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions
• Technical failures or internet connectivity issues

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts under EU consumer protection regulations.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

For existing clients, we will provide 30 days notice of material changes that affect ongoing services.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
